In our 24 years, we have been asked many questions about our bespoke-shaped windows and doors; here is a selection of a few with the answers. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, please contact us.

How do we order/get quotes for shaped frames?

You can email, WhatsApp or text any image order over via the provided contact numbers. Download our order form from the website.

Can you supply glass?

Glass can be supplied depending on area and sizing. Please ask for a quotation for any assistance.

Do you use own transport for delivery?

We will deliver on our own transport, depending on the area. We deliver free within 60 miles of our depot. Please ask for requirements upon quotation.

What is the lead time?

Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks, but this is dependent on seasonal peak times. Complex frames, such as fully fabricated arched doors, would take 3-6 weeks from the point of order.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is taken at the point of order. On frequent customers, we can agree payment terms to suit working relationships.

Are frames fully welded or mechanical joints?

We will weld frames where suitable. Mechanical joints are used on frames where applicable and to improve overall quality and finish.
